Sanaya Irani is an Indian Television actress. She is best known for the role of 'Khushi Kumari Gupta' in "Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon". She has appeared in many daily sopas like Left Right Left, Miley Jab Ham Tum and many more. She has also hosted TV show Zara Nachke Dikha - Season 2. She has been the winner of Superhit Star Female TV Fiction at Big Star Young Entertainer Awards - 2012. She was seen dancing in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 8. She will soon be seen in upcoming show Meenu Mausi.

Sanaya Irani was born on September 17, 1983 in Mumbai. She started her career with modelling and after that she entered into acting, where she got the opportunity to portray the famous role of Kajol's friend in the movie Fanaa (2006). She came into limelight for her role of Gunjan in 'Miley Jam Hum Tum', a show based on college romance.

As per the reports, Sanaya Irani will play the female lead in Full House Media's upcoming show for Star Plus tentatively titled as 'Meenu Mausi'. The story will focus on an unmarried mausi, who will devote her life in the upbringing of the three kids of her sister. She will be seen opposite Harshad Chopra. She said, "I am definitely doing the show and I am really excited about it. It seems like an amazing story and I am looking forward to work on it."

She has worked with Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra for some acts. She appeared in Jagjit Singh's song "Tumko Dekha To Yeh" video for the first time. She began her acting career with the movie Fanaa in 2006. She has appeared in Dulux paint ad with Barun Sobti.

Sanaya Irani made her debut on television with SAB TV's popular show Left Right Left as Sameera Shroff opposite Arjun Bijlani. She was also one of the contestants in Meethi Chhori No.1.
